Poached Salmon

1 fillet salmon
1 cup cilantro
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup water
salt & pepper

put the water, wine and cilantro on high heat in a pan until simmering. Put salmon skin down on pan, cover pan. Let poach for 5-10 minutes or until cooked. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

This recipie has been family tested (as all the recipies have) and has been made many times until I perfeted the recipie.
