Easy Pasta: ICE Edition  2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1tsp olive oil 3 large eggs 1. Put the flour in a bowl and create a hole in the center. Add the eggs and olive oil in the center and whip it with fork. Combine 2. Knead dough until firm and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes 3. Put halved dough through pasta machine: go to biggest setting put the pasta in and fold over, then go to next setting and so on. Stop at second thinnest setting. With roller ideal width of dough in 1/3 cm. *DO NOT FOLD WHEN GOES THROUGH 2 SETTING 4. 1/3 pasta. I  Use cut setting on pasta machine or cut into long fettuccine like strips. 5. Put pasta in pan or bowl with flour to dry for 15 minutes. 6. Boil water with olive oil and salt, put pasta in once simmering for 4 minutes Optional: Toppings can be garlic, salt, olive oil, pepper, butter or tomato sauce Enjoy!! Best Crown Bread

Ingredients: 2 cups ap flour                         2/3 cups mil 3 tbsp oil or butter 1 sachet instant yeast 1 egg 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1/2 cup tapenade 1/4 cup feat or blue cheese 4 tbsp rosemary Instructions: Combine yeast, milk, oil and egg and whisk until combined. In a different bowl whisk flour, salt and sugar. Combine liquid mixture with dry mixture. Mix until a shaggy dough forms then knead on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes. Let sit in lightly oiled bowl for 1 hour. Take dough out and roll into rectangle on floured surface. Add tapenade and spread, top with feta cheese and rosemary. Roll rectangle into log. Cut log down middle with knife, leave 2 inches in the top not cut. Take both sides and braid by putting one side on top of the other side and so on until braid. Best Garlic Bread

1Tbs Garlic Powder 1 tsp Fresh Garlic (Diced) 1 tsp spicy pepper flakes 1 tsp oregano 2 tbs olive oil 2 slices bread Fresh dill (optional) Take all ingredients (not bread) and mix into a bowl. Put you oven on broil or grill and let heat for 2 minutes. Take a 2 slices of any bread and soak in mixture, transfer to tin foil and let broil in oven for up to 3 minutes or until crispy. Enjoy!!
